Christie Clinic welcomes Carole A. Murphy, BSN, RN, CDE, to the Department of Health Education.

In the Department of Health Education, Ms. Murphy helps patients and families who want to learn more about medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, osteoporosis, and more. In addition, she attends special events and meetings, like Christie's Diabetes Support Group, to help patients learn more and connect with others who share their concerns.

Ms. Murphy received her associate's degree in nursing from Parkland College, Champaign, IL, and her bachelor's in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, IL. She also earned a certification in oncology nursing and national certification as a Diabetes Educator.
