James Miller, MD, is the recipient of the Outstanding Service Award from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology for his outstanding service to the district. Dr. Miller served as Chair representing District 6 for the past three years. As such, he represented approximately 10,000 obstetricians and gynecologists in the Midwest and Canada. He also served on the Executive Committee of the board. Only three of these awards have been given within the last year. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology has a total of 60,000 members.

As a provider in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Christie Clinic in Danville, Dr. Miller diagnoses and treats diseases of the female reproductive tract and provides primary care to women, including care during pregnancy and delivery. His special medical interests include the evaluation and treatment of chronic pelvic pain and bladder control problems in women.
