Community Invited to Christie Clinic in Urbana

URBANA, IL—On July 28, Christie Clinic welcomed the community to the grand opening of its new satellite clinic in Urbana, located at 1710 East Windsor Road. The grand opening event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, giveaways, tours, and complimentary blood pressure and cholesterol screenings.
"We are very excited about the Urbana location opening," said Alan Gleghorn, Chief Executive Officer at Christie Clinic. "The Urbana clinic is currently home to the Departments of Pediatrics and Life Imaging, which uses the latest MRI technology available. Soon, we'll also have Family Medicine and Convenient Care."
Mayor Laurel Lunt Prussing (Urbana) and Mark Ballard from the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce both spoke at the event. In addition, a number of Christie in Urbana providers attended the grand opening: Dr. John Schuster, Developmental Pediatrics; Dr. Daniel Lee, Family Medicine; James Blatzer, PA-C, Convenient Care; and Dr. Dolores Fernandez, Life Imaging.
