CHAMPAIGN, IL—Christie Clinic celebrated the grand opening of its Convenient Care at County Market on the corner of Kirby and Duncan with a ribbon cutting today at 11:30 a.m. Champaign Mayor Gerald Schweighart and members of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce attended the event. 

Convenient Care at County Market is a new concept in health care, and it's the first place in central Illinois to provide medical services in a non-medical retail facility.

The Kirby and Duncan facility is the first of many Christie Clinic Convenient Care at County Market locations. Christie Clinic and County Market will bring several more to Champaign-Urbana over the next few years. Convenient Care facilities will next be added to the County Markets on Glenn Park Drive and on Fourth and Springfield.  The Convenient Care at County Market will be open Monday – Friday 12 p.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Christie Clinic has provided health care to the residents of central Illinois for over 75 years. It is the oldest multi-specialty medical group practice in central Illinois.
