Get more involved in your personal health care from the comfort of your home with IC-MyHealthRecord®, a new service exclusive to Christie Clinic patients. IC-MyHealthRecord works with your Internet connection and Christie's IC-Chart®, our electronic medical records system. When you access IC-MyHealthRecord through the Christie Clinic Patient Portal, you can:

• View your health summary
• Request an appointment

To use IC-MyHealthRecord, you'll need to register. (Don't worry; it's FREE!) Click here to download an application. Print it; read and sign the Terms and Conditions page, and bring both pages with a photo ID to any Christie Clinic location.

After you receive your User ID by mail, go to the Christie Clinic Patient Portal at https://www.icmyhealthrecord.com/christieclinic.

Why bring a book or magazine to your appointment when you can bring your laptop and browse the Internet? The University and Windsor reception areas and our oncology chemotherapy rooms now offer wireless Internet services!

You only need a laptop/notebook computer with a wireless card and Internet access to use Christie's wi-fi services. And just like IC-MyHealthRecord, patients can enjoy our wi-fi services free of charge!
