On May 1, 2004, Christie Clinic kicked off its 75th anniversary with a Welcome Home the Troops Party at Rantoul Air Base First Aid Station. The party was the first of several service projects Christie will take part in over the next 15 weeks.

Joining forces with Lite Rock 97.5 and Newstalk 1400, Christie will be promoting their anniversary and service to the community through contests, free health screenings at area companies, and of course, the service projects. Individual Christie departments will also be featured in the radio promotion to help listeners understand how hard our physicians and staff work to provide Medicine for Your Life.

“This is our chance to give back to the community that’s supported Christie Clinic for 75 years,” said Kelly Schaudt, Christie’s Physician and Community Relations Manager. “We also want to give our physicians and staff the recognition they deserve, which is why the department spotlight is such an important part of this promotion.”
