Christie Clinic welcomes Whitney Parrish, PA-C, to the Department of Convenient Care.  As a physician assistant in Christie Clinic’s Convenient Care, Whitney provides diagnosis and treatment of non-emergent conditions such as allergies, infections, colds, and more.

“Christie Clinic is happy to welcome Whitney to our Convenient Care Department,” said Alan Gleghorn, Christie Clinic’s Chief Executive Officer. “We believe that it is important for Christie Clinic to have multiple providers available at each of our Convenient Care locations in order to ensure optimal care of patients that visit us when the unexpected occurs.”

 Whitney received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois and received her Master of Science at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Whitney is a member of the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

 “I will always approach patients as if they are a close family member or friend,” states Whitney. “I want them to know that they can consult and confide in me and feel comfortable. My patients can view me as someone who puts their health as top priority.”
