Christie Clinic Department Helps to Plan Local Event

Christie Clinic Oral Maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Victor Escobar, and the Christie Clinic Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implant Center are taking part in planning the annual “Give Kids A Smile Event.” The event will be held on Saturday, February 4 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Lincoln Square Mall in Urbana.

The event is sponsored by the Illini District Dental Society, and free dental exams, cleaning, and fluoride treatments will be provided for children ages 1-17. There is no appointment necessary.

While at the event participants may visit with the Tooth Fairy, the Delta Dental Tooth Wizard, and watch the Twin City Derby Girls. Other activities include face painting, a coloring contest, healthy food Bingo, and much more.
