Christie Clinic on University welcomes Amit Date, MD, MBA, to the Department of Allergy and ENT. As a physician in the Department of Allergy and ENT, Dr. Date treats patients with disorders or illnesses of the ears, nose, throat, and neck. He has experience with adult and pediatric surgery specializing in general otolaryngology, otology, laryngology, head and neck cancer, endocrine surgery, allergy, and rhinology.

Dr. Date received his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, at Urbana-Champaign. He fulfilled his residency at the Southern Illinois University College of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois and was appointed Chief Resident of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Date is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
