Health Education
Christie's Department of Health Education is available to adults and children, both patients and their families, who want to learn more about medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, osteoporosis, and more. Our providers offer information on topics such as prevention, medication, injections, and healthy lifestyle tips. In addition, they hold regular meetings and special events to help patients learn more and connect with others who share their concerns. Christie's Diabetes Support Group meets the third Tuesday of each month.
