• Why I Chose Health Care
  “As I was growing up in South Korea, my mother got me a set of biographies of the most influential people in human history. The person who left the greatest impression on me was Albert Schweitzer, who was a medical missionary to Gahon, Africa in the early 1900’s. He enduring medical epidemics such as sleeping sickness and malaria, with the people of Africa with such a sacrificial heart. That heart is what I longed to have toward people who are sick. That is what motivated me to become a physician. At the end of the day, I want to strive to give all that I have in my services to those who are ill."

  In the Department of Family Medicine, Dr. Lee diagnoses and treats non-surgical illnesses or disorders from infancy through adulthood and promotes wellness care for patients of all ages. He also treats patients with osteopathic manipulations for acute neck and upper and lower back pain.

  For relaxation, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family and playing board games, volleyball, and basketball.
