Christie Clinic welcomes Paramesh Dakshinesh, MD, to the Department of Pulmonary Medicine located at 101 West University Avenue in Champaign. As a physician in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Dr. Dakshinesh treats and cares for patients suffering from diseases of the lungs and respiratory system, including emphysema, asthma, lung cancer and pneumonia.
Dr. Dakshinesh received his medical degree at Bangalore Medical College in India. He fulfilled residencies in Anaesthetics in the United Kingdom, and in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri. In addition, Dr. Dakshinesh completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care at the University of Missouri. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine.
