I have been fortunate to develop strong doctor-patient relationships, which have kept Champaign patients driving to Chicago to see me for cardiac care for the past three years. Now, several of my Chicago patients plan to drive to Champaign to see me for cardiac care.

    In the Department of Cardiology, Dr. Kocheril diagnoses and treats heart rhythm disorders. He performs electrophysiology procedures and implants pacemakers and defibrillators to correct irregular heart rhythms.
