  In the Department of Hospital Medicine, Dr. Saravanan provides quality medical treatment to individuals while they are in the hospital. He manages and coordinates inpatient care for Christie patients and works closely with the patients’ primary care physicians.

  Dr. Saravanan and his wife, Sangeeta, have two children: Preethi and Sachin. In his free time, Dr. Saravanan enjoys the simple things in life such as flying kites with his children on weekends and playing the drums, tennis, and ping pong. He also likes to visit national parks.
