I think this allows me to treat the whole patient, not just their skin disease. My experience at Mayo Clinic offered me some of the best dermatologic training in the world. In a typical day, I would see a broad variety of patients with all sorts of skin conditions. From the local farmer for a routine skin check to the Fortune 500 executive with an extremely rare, aggressive, recurrent skin cancer to the Hollywood celebrity wanting a cosmetic procedure. I have been allowed to care for patients with the worst skin diseases that were referred from doctors around the world looking for expert second opinions.”

In the Department of Dermatology
Dr. Youse treats patients with skin problems such as acne, rashes, hives, and skin tumors. He performs Mohs Micrographic Surgery for skin cancer removal. Mohs surgery is unique and so effective because of the way the removed tissue is microscopically examined, evaluating 100% of the surgical margins. This ensures complete cancer removal during surgery, virtually eliminating the chance of the cancer growing back and minimizing the amount of healthy tissue lost.
