In the Department of Family Medicine, Dr. Hammel diagnoses and treats non-surgical illnesses or disorders from infancy through adulthood and promotes wellness care for patients of all ages. Dr. Hammel is located at 1801 West Windsor Road in Champaign and is available by appointment beginning in August.
Dr. Hammel received his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, IL and fulfilled his Family Medicine residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL.
