A physical is the first step to getting your child ready for school or sports.
Our providers can determine whether your child meets the physical requirements to participate in sports. We also can provide the physical exams and immunizations required of all children before they attend school.
Providers will examine your child and review your family’s health history to help identify and resolve health problems that might interfere with your child’s participation in organized sports. A school-required physical is also an excellent time to ask questions of your doctor, and address any concerns you may have about your child’s health.
Schedule a school or sports physical by calling your provider. Or, if you are an existing Christie Clinic patient, you may schedule online using your MyCare Patient Portal account.
