Using our Patient Satisfaction Scores At Christie Clinic we are actively pursuing a vision of “Creating a Healthy Community” for our patients and their families. In order to know where we are and whether or not we are continuing to make progress towards our vision, we need to hear the voice of our patients. Currently, we have a patient satisfaction survey that is conducted by a third-party research firm in order to ensure that we are getting the most accurate results. The results of the survey help us to understand how we are doing relative to our wait times, staff and doctors. This information is shared with our team members who all strive to improve our scores to make sure that we are providing the highest quality patient experience. Our Current Results Christie Clinic was rated higher on every survey question than a national average of similarly sized medical groups.
