Why I Became a Medical Provider
"When I first graduated college, I was unsure about which career path to take. A family friend who was a physician in obstetrics and gynecology offered me a clerical position at her practice, which led to me becoming trained as a medical assistant. My experience there, working with the physicians, patients and their families, brought about a desire to pursue a career in medicine."
