Since 1929, Christie Clinic has been providing the people of east central Illinois with the highest quality health care. We are one of the largest physician-owned, multi-specialty group medical practices in Illinois, but our approach to meeting your health care needs is simple.

There are over 40 departments and 35 specialties within Christie Clinic, so our physicians and staff can take care of virtually every aspect of your family's health. Plus, we are continually investing in new technology to provide our doctors with the tools they need to best diagnose and treat our patients. In addition to medical technology for your health, we use technology that makes going to the doctor a lot less complicated. Christie Clinic doctors have your medical records on hand at all times, literally, through our electronic medical records system. This system makes your records available throughout Christie Clinic—at every location.

Meet Christie Clinic's Administration Team

Alan Gleghorn

Alan Gleghorn
Chief Executive Officer

Alan is the Chief Executive Officer of Christie Clinic in Champaign, Illinois. He has been in this position for more than 10 years and has more than 25 years of progressive health care experience. Alan started his career in the medical field as a paramedic/patient care specialist with the United States Army. Since then he has served in executive level roles at a number of health care related organizations. He earned his MBA from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.


Kenny Bilger

Kenneth Bilger
Chief Financial Officer

Kenny began with Christie Clinic as Chief Financial Officer in June 2008. He is responsible for Christie Clinic's financial, business, information technology, and facility operations. Kenny is also the Chairman and CEO of Community Partners Health Plans, Inc., a Champaign-based health care services company offering comprehensive PPO network solutions, third-party administration, and general agency services to providers, payors, and employers.


William Pierce

Dr. William Pierce
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Pierce joined Christie Clinic's Department of Podiatry in 1987. In addition to his practice, he currently serves on Christie Clinic's Board of Directors and as the clinic's Chief Medical Officer. In this role, Dr. Pierce participates in hiring and retaining physicians, mentors physicians and non-physicians, and serves as a goodwill ambassador to the community. He also oversees the Christie Clinic quality program and credentialing of staff.
