Christie Clinic has recently partnered with a patient survey company to better connect and communicate with patients. We value the opinion of our patients and hope to understand your experiences so we can continue to improve.
Effective July 1st, after completing an appointment with a Christie Clinic provider, a patient will receive a brief 15-question survey by text message or email. The text message will come from (217) 360-0322 and the email from survey-noreply@brenmor.com. We estimate the survey will take approximately three minutes to complete.
