The Christie Clinic Patient Experience Christie Clinic is committed to treating all people with respect, empathy and compassion. Each person’s experience is every Team Member’s responsibility – creating a warm and inviting environment for every person we serve. With that in mind, we regularly request feedback from our patients regarding their recent visits. Patient Experience Surveys are sent via email and text message to help us gain a better understanding of our patients' experience when visiting a Christie Clinic facility. All survey responses are anonymous unless the respondent leaves their name for additional follow-up. Patient feedback drives our change and helps us live up to our vision of "creating a healthy community." We seek to learn more about our patients' experience with our offerings of digital scheduling/registration tools; how well their provider and care team communicated with them during and after their visit; and how likely they are to refer Christie Clinic to their friends or family.
