  • A support person. Please refer to visitor guidelines provided by the department at the time of scheduling your appointment

Opt in for notifications and we will send you updates about community flu vaccine clinics, weather related closures and other announcements. Patient Portal 

Christie Clinic's patient portal, powered through MyChart, gives you online access to your medical records. Schedule your appointments online when it's convenient for you. No searching for phone numbers. No waiting on hold. 

Time Saving Contactless Check-in 

Several of our locations have time saving contactless check-in kiosks. Download the Christie Clinic app and eCheck-In prior to your appointment (available in the patient portal 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time).
