In addition to our main weight loss program that is designed for clients to lose 15+ pounds, we also have a shorter program specifically designed for those who are looking to lose 10 – 15 lbs. It’s called the T-28 program and is ideal for those who are determined to shed some unwanted weight in a short amount of time.
This is a four-week program designed to get you back on track, eating 3 Ideal Protein products a day (breakfast, lunch & evening snack), along with 4 cups of low-glycemic vegetables, salads, and taking supplements (multivitamins, calcium magnesium, potassium, and omega 3).
During your 4 weeks, our health coaches will meet with you weekly. We’ll review your food journal, conduct a weigh-in and discuss your challenges and victories with your weight loss journey. It’s an easy and quick process to enroll in T-28, so reach out to our team today to get started!
