Chad Malinowski, APRN, FNP-C is joining the Department of Family Medicine at Christie Clinic in Bloomington on Empire located at 2502 E Empire, Ste. C in Bloomington. In the Department of Family Medicine, Chad provides individualized, comprehensive and evidence-based care to patients through the various stages of life. He has a special interest in the fields of mental health, trauma informed care, LGBTQ+ issues, diabetes and chronic condition management.
A Bloomington native, Chad earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing before going on to complete his Master of Science Degree in Nursing-FNP both at the Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, IL.
