- Assistance navigating the healthcare system
- The ability to get direct answers to your healthcare questions
- Medication advice and refill assistance
- Overarching coordination of your healthcare and care team
- Help managing ongoing or new symptoms
- Assistance connecting with local resources specializing in social determinants of health
