Billing and Financial ConcernsFollowing your discharge from the hospital or surgery center, a statement will be sent to both you and your insurance company.Your insurance will pay according to your specific benefit plan. It is not always possible to calculate the exact amount of your bill at the time you leave the hospital or surgery center.
