Christie Clinic Transformations Medical Weight Loss Center is continuing to monitor the rapidly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are working with our clients to continue personalized care and orders. Please view the below information regarding operations and continue to visit this page for updates. As of Tuesday, March 17, we are teleconferencing with clients at their regularly scheduled appointment times.
Food Orders: Please place all food orders via email at weightloss@christieclinic.com or by completing the food order form available on the Christie Clinic Transformations website.
Look for the Food Orders tab at the top of the page, then look for “click here” to start your order. Please complete the form and email it back to weightloss@christieclinic.com.
We will call you for credit card payment information when we are filling your order.
Orders must be placed by 10am on Thursday to be picked up on the upcoming Tuesday.
Food orders for Thursday pick-ups should be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Food pick up will be Tuesdays AND Thursdays during the following hours:
7:00 am to 8:00 am
Noon to 1:00 pm
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
To pick up your food order, please park near the door south of the main entrance at the Christie Clinic on Windsor facility. Our team will deliver it to you curbside.
