Dr. Edwin Okyne with Christie Clinic Department of Nephrology has expanded his hours to now include seeing nephrology patients at Christie Clinic in Danville on Vermilion at 3545 N. Vermilion St., Danville. Dr. Okyne will still see patients at Christie Clinic in Champaign on Windsor.
Dr. Okyne completed a two-year Nephrology fellowship program at Stanford Health Center in Palo Alto, CA. Prior to his fellowship, he completed an Internal Medicine residency at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, IL. Dr. Okyne received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Ghana School of Medicine and Dentistry in Accra, Ghana. He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
