Christie Clinic in Rantoul is thrilled to welcome Basit Nawaz, MD to the team of providers serving the Rantoul community. Beginning July 14, Dr. Nawaz will see patients in the Department of Internal Medicine at Christie Clinic in Rantoul, 209 W Borman Dr, on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to providing care in Rantoul, Dr. Nawaz will continue seeing patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Christie Clinic in Champaign on Windsor, 1801 W Windsor Rd.
Dr. Nawaz completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed Membership of Royal College of Physicians UK Exams followed by Internal Medicine Residency training at College of Physicians and Surgeons in Pakistan.
