Beginning January 1, 2027, Christie Clinic will transition to cashless payments as part of our ongoing commitment to providing asimple, secure and convenient patient experience. From scheduling appointments online to accessing the patient portal, we’re continually looking for ways to make every interaction with Christie Clinic as seamless as possible. This change is another step in that direction.
What does this mean?
Starting January 1, most Christie Clinic locations will no longer accept cash and/or check payments. Patients may continue to use:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Prepaid debit cards
- HSA/FSA cards
- Digital wallet payments
Locations continuing to accept cash and/or check on balances incurred prior to January 1, 2027:
- Christie Clinic in Bloomington on Empire, Ste A
- Christie Clinic at The Riverfront
- Christie Clinic in Champaign on University
