Do you prefer to continue receiving mailed statements?

If you would like to continue receiving mailed statements after October 1, 2026 please follow the below steps in your patient portal account.

  1. Log into your patient portal. Don't have a patient portal account? Click here to get registered for the patient portal.
  2. Navigate to billing
  3. Scroll down and select Paperless Statements (next to the green leaf), then unselect Paperless Statements
