New MyChristie Users
To install the app on your mobile phone or tablet, download the “Christie Clinic” App from either the App Store or Google Play.
Existing Users / Once you have the app:
Open the app. The Christie Clinic has multiple functions to improve your patient experience including “Find a Christie Clinic location near you”.
To connect with your MyChristie portal, click “MyChristie Patient Portal”.
If this is your first time or you have never used MyChart -the app that powers MyChristie- before you may be asked to download MyChart from the App Store. Please continue with the download. During this process you will also be able to select facial recognition, touch id, and set your password for ease in the future. When you have completed this for the first time, you can follow the below instructions each time in the future.
The MyChristie Patient Portal button will take you to your MyChristie signin, if you set up Face or Touch ID it will be a quick transition into MyChristie.
Once in your portal, you can view your care team, appointments, test results and sent messages.
To return to the home page of your MyChristie app to use any of the other functions, simply click the left arrow and Christie Clinic at the top left of your screen.
1. At your next provider visit, a Christie Clinic team will provide you a MyChristie activation letter with a Patient Portal Activation Code. Keep this code for reference in the below account setup.
2. Click the MyChristie Patient Portal login on the top, right side of this page.
3. Click New User?/Sign Up Now
4. You will be asked to enter your Patient Portal Activation Code, Zip Code and Date of Birth to create your account.
5. If you need a patient activation code, you can scroll down on the signup page and click “signup online” to receive a code.
