Why I Became A Medical Provider
While pursuing a degree in biochemistry in college, I had the opportunity to shadow a family practice physician. It was apparent to me that he was knowledgeable about science and medicine, but had the opportunity to interact with different people every day and enrich their lives. From that point on, I knew I wanted to be that physician for people. I wanted to be, and continue to want to be, the physician that people can come to in their time of need. So, I applied to medical school and never looked back. I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey ever since.
