I think some people are born with a natural passion for caring for others, and I believe this is what led me to nursing. I believe serving patients is about more than just caring for the illness, but about serving the entire patient and family system in a holistic manner. I come from a large extended family, and I want my patients to feel that I care for them as I would for any member of my own. The impact a healthcare provider can have on one patient or family's life is a tremendous honor with a great responsibility.
I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband, Wyatt, and our three sons. I am proud to have been raised in the Champaign-Urbana area by loving and devoted parents. I enjoy serving this incredible community.
