I knew during my adolescent years that I wanted to become a nurse. My parents are from Haiti and the primary language is French Creole. By the age of 11, I quickly became the family translator and would attend all my grandmother’s doctor’s appointments to be her personal translator. I remember playing with all the instruments in the room before the doctor could enter.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a husband and two children that keeps me on my toes. We love road trips and traveling to visit our family. I am a track-mom now and it has been so exciting seeing my daughter be active in a sport that I once participated in and love so much. I love music and dancing. My caribbean heritage has allowed me to have a passion for our music and the Haitian culture. I love the Lord and also enjoy attending church services whether online or in person.
