In the Department of Dermatology, Rebecca treats patients with a variety of skin conditions and concerns including acnes, eczema and psoriasis.
I was drawn to healthcare because I’ve always had a strong desire to help people, especially during their most vulnerable moments. Growing up, I watched several family members face difficult diagnoses and saw the emotional and physical toll it took on them. Being there to support them and witnessing the impact that compassionate healthcare providers had on their lives inspired me to follow a path where I could do the same for others. Those experiences shaped my commitment to becoming someone patients can trust, rely on, and feel genuinely cared for by.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my fiancé, who is a farmer, and enjoying the close bond we share with our large family – including our 12 energetic and fun-loving nieces and nephews. I enjoy following college basketball and MLB, live music, audiobooks and a good cup of coffee!!

Dealing with my own chronic skin conditions from a young age sparked a deep interest in dermatology and a desire to help others facing similar challenges. Being a dermatology nurse practitioner allows me to combine my passion for medical science with my personal experience and empathy for those struggling with skin conditions. I understand how deeply skin health can affect a person’s confidence and overall well-being. This role allows me to provide both effective treatment and compassionate support, helping patients feel comfortable in their skin and confident in their care.
