Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

  • Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a natural product composed of your own blood. PRP is used for treatments because it contains a number of biochemicals that stimulate cell growth and healing. Your own blood is drawn from your arm and spun in a centrifuge to remove the red blood cells. Platelet-rich plasma is then ready for use in rejuvenation, by being re-injected back into the treatment area. PRP can be used for non-surgical hair regeneration and skin rejuvenation in cosmetic dermatology.

SkinPen Microneedling

  • SkinPen Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that improves the appearance of fine lines, acne scars and overall skin texture by controlled puncturing of the skin with fine needles that create channels in the skin.

Skin Tag Removal

  • Skin tags are common, skin-colored, soft bumps that tend to hang off the skin. Dermatologists can remove them by using cryotherapy (freezing) or by sterile scissors, depending on size and treatment area.

Thread Lift

Treatment of Age Spots

  • Our providers can perform cosmetic treatments on seborrheic keratoses, which can often be identified as a type of age spots. Seborrheic keratoses are noncancerous growths on the skin. They can vary in size, shape and color, but often times they are brown. Most are raised and appear 'stuck' onto the skin. 
  • They are common in people over the age of 50, but younger adults can get them as well. They are very common and not contagious.

Treatment of Milia Sebaceous Hyperplasia

  • Milia are small, white, cyst-like bumps that are under the skin.
  • Sebaceous hyperplasia are overgrowths of the oil glands of the skin and present as skin-colored to yellowish bumps on the skin.

Dermaplaning

  • Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses an exfoliating blade to skim dead skin cells and hair from your face.
