Christie Clinic now has a variety of services that help patients keep up-to-date and easily connected. An online Patient Portal, iTriage, and Online Bill Pay are all currently available for patients to use.

Christie Clinic now offers patients the option for a quick and convenient way to pay their Christie Clinic bill online. All payments are made through a secure site with secure online access 24/7. All a patient needs to take advantage of this service is their Christie account number from their monthly statement and a debit or credit card. If a patient does not have their statement, customer service is available for assistance at 217.366.1382 or 888.391.0412, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Patient Portal is a secure way to access important health care information at any time on any day from the comfort of home with IC-MyHealthRecord®. When registered for IC-MyHealthRecord® through the Christie Clinic Portal, patients view their health summary, request an appointment, receive lab and radiology results, and update their medical history.

iTriage is a source for personal health care information that is provided to smart-phone users which allows them to access critical health and medical information at their fingertips. The free consumer iTriage health app gives residents and visitors in Champaign, Urbana, Danville, and surrounding communities the ability to check symptoms, diseases, treatment options, and medical providers. iTriage also provides current wait times, addresses, and directions to Christie Clinic’s four Convenient Care locations.
