Test results are released to the patient portal as soon as they are finalized to allow you immediate access to view them. Your provider will need time to review the results.

New Patient Portal Users

  • To install the Christie Clinic app on your mobile phone or tablet, download the Christie Clinic App from either the App Store or Google Play.

Existing Users / Once you have the app

  • Open the app. The Christie Clinic has multiple functions to improve your patient experience including “Find a Christie Clinic location near you”.
  • To connect with your patient portal, click “Patient Portal”.
    • If this is your first time or you have never used MyChart -the app that powers the patient portal- before you may be asked to download MyChart from the App Store. Please continue with the download. During this process you will also be able to select facial recognition, touch id, and set your password for ease in the future. When you have completed this for the first time, you can follow the below instructions each time in the future.
  • The Patient Portal button will take you to your portal signin, if you set up Face or Touch ID it will be a quick transition into your patient portal account.
  • Once in your portal, you can view your care team, appointments, test results and sent messages.
  • To return to the home page of your Christie Clinic app to use any of the other functions, simply click the left arrow and Christie Clinic at the top left of your screen.
