In the Department of Neurology, Dr. Wang specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems, which include the brain, spinal cord and outlying nerves in the body.
I was drawn to the neurology's blend of meticulous physical examination and advanced diagnostics, such as EMG, to unravel the root cause of a patient's condition. My specialty of EMG-Neuro Muscular Disorder fellowship training gives me the opportunity to connect the seemingly abstract concepts of neuroanatomy and physiology to a real-life patient's story, which is what solidified my decision.
One of my favorite past-times is writing. After a busy day at work or on the weekend, I like to write articles for a blog that I author or play musical instruments.
