I’ve always wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Early in my career as a nurse, I realized how rewarding it was to not only care for patients during difficult moments, but also to educate them, build relationships with them and help them feel empowered about their health. That passion ultimately led me to become a nurse practitioner. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to walk alongside patients through some of their biggest health challenges, and I’ve learned that sometimes the most important part of healthcare is simply listening, understanding and helping someone feel supported.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and being involved in my kids’ activities. I enjoy traveling, discovering new places and restaurants and making memories with my family and friends. I also love spending time with our pets, staying active and finding time to relax and recharge. For me, the best moments are usually the simple ones with the people I love.

I love being able to take complex medical information and make it understandable and manageable for my patients. Whether it’s helping someone gain control of their diabetes, navigate a thyroid condition, or make meaningful changes to improve their health, I find it incredibly rewarding to see the difference that education, support, and personalized care can make. After years in endocrinology, it’s still the combination of science, problem solving, and relationships with my patients that makes me love what I do.
